First Swim of the Season

Though the Pachecos were anxious to swim while they were here and the kids did splash around and get wet with them, no one actually swam around because the water was still too cold. The water is still pretty cold, but the Thompsons were pretty adamant about wanting to swim. So Katie and I said the kids could put swimming suits on and get in. They actually did do a bit of swimming, but it still didn't last very long. It was a warm day, so they would lay on the hot concrete to warm up in between dips in the pool. Hopefully we will be doing more swimming soon, it is supposed to be getting pretty warm in the coming weeks.
